Here at CarLot Manager we understand the needs of Car Dealerships. We have spent a great deal of time putting together a software package to make life a little easier with the help of the average personal computer.

As we all know, paperwork can be one of the most time consuming parts of selling a motor vehicle. We also understand that every car dealer is different in many ways. As a result, our software is designed to print on blank paper or fill in the blanks of virtually any form you need to complete the sale of a motor vehicle. Imagine, no more messy hand written Buyer’s Orders, DMV forms, or most important Bank Contracts! Our software will fill in the blanks and do the math for you on any form you need with a simple click of a mouse button. That’s right, simply put your title application, odometer statement, power of attorney, bill of sale, purchase agreement, bank contract, etc. into your printer and click the print button!

Included in this software package is a custom form designer which allows you to make any form you need. It is very simple to use. We have spent much time on making a user friendly program to fit virtually all your needs. The Custom Reports Designer v.2.1.0 is what it is. It allows you to make your own reports or forms from all the information entered into Carlot Manager.

We have at this time several forms for you to choose from, but we know every dealer is different. That’s where we come in. We will make up to 5 custom forms upon purchase of this software package at our advertised price for you. All we need are 2 originals of the form mailed to us and a little time to make them for you.

Included in the program right now are several examples of neat, professional looking custom forms and actual DMV forms for your state. However, if your state is not included please call for updates. More forms are always becoming available.
